The item comes as seen in the image and the condition of the Crime Control Set is in good condition, a few scuffs from play wear, but good for display. front has some paint chips, the binoculars clip is breaking but still works, maybe could be stuck down. includes 4 parts, Microphone, Freeze Ray (still working sound), walkie talkie (pretend), and binoculars. all clips together nicely and looks great on display.
